Impossible to use as a scanner - i've spent hours adjusting settings on my pc. done everything that ai can suggest to fix my scanning problem. bought specific scanning s/w to try and fix the problem. no dice. i feel ripped off.

I only bought it because there was a deal which made it only a little more expensive than buying ink for my old printer but I am seriously considering going back to the old one, this one wants to run my life! Can’t even save something I created on my own laptop to my hard drive without my computer having to connect to the printer … why?
