Setting up a printer can, for me, be frustrating and stressful. This one was a dream. It's sleek, takes up less room than my old one, is certainly quieter and and works beautifully. Pleasing a post menopausal, sleep deprived 65 year old woman with the memory of a gnat takes some doing. I'm delighted with my printer and my ink subscription! Not having to remember to buy ink is a blessing.

I don't particularly like anything about it. We have used HP printers for many years and this is by far the worst. It continually disconnects and we have to restart it. If we want more than one sheet printed it very often prints the first sheet and we have to press a button on the printer to get it to do the rest. There is more but suffice to say I won't ever buy another HP printer.
