Rarely do messages from my iphone successfully print - the ‘buttons’ are so confusing!

I was not happy that I could not just transfer my previous instant ink contract to the new printer. The previous contract worked fine so was very unhappy that the new one worked out more expensive, so because my printer broke and I bought a new one I am now being penalised. To be honest I thought that as connected to internet hp could see what the problem was with my previous printer and expla

Consequently I had to buy a cheaper printer that took different ink cartridges hence why they changed my contract even though I still had plenty of the old ink cartridges,I could not afford the printer that tool the same cartridges.
