My HP printer won’t connect to my HO laptop now despite doing so during set up. Trying to sort the issue is both time consuming and frustrating. This should not be happening but it is, fixing it should be straightforward but it isn’t. Very poor customer experience.

bin a perfectly good printer, should have went old school to connect the old printer as it was vodafone new router, at fault, would not connect to the wifi, and this new printer is the same will not connect to the wifi, should have went old school with the old printer as I had to get a sb cable to connect it and this printer, is nowhere as good as the one that I bined

Cannot Print Multiple Pages Using 90 gms paper!

I only ever use 90 gms paper and for some bizarre reason, if I print more that one page at a time, it stops printing, a an error appears which has to be cancelled. I have also had to pull a sheets through. I would not recommend it, but once it does print, it makes a good job of whatever I ask it to. Printing a multi sheet document with 90 gms paper takes me AGES! now!

I have always brought Epson printers before but I am glad I made the switch. The printer is great value looks sleek and the app which automatically detects when you are low on ink then it orders it for you is pretty handy and saves a lot of faffing around would highly recommend
