It showed constantly off line , not connected to my computer or wi-fi and I had to delete and reinstall everything I needed to print anything and that too was hit or miss . Now have USB canon prixma printer and that prints anything I want whenever I want

Good price, easy to use printer, good quality printing. Bit of a pain to set up initially as my Google Chromebook wouldn’t support the HP app. Also there doesn’t appear to be an option to print double sided.

I am using this whilst trying to buy a house, I will use it occasionally but only for house admin so will opt for pay as you go ink cartridges. For such a low price resolution including photos of documents is really good and the scanning options and easy to follow directions are really great.

It was easy to set up and balue for money however it wirkd intermittently. I have not been able to print from my home pc as it keeps suggesting it is out of paper and it clearly isn’t. Same is now happening from husbands tablet. Extremely frustrating and unreliable.

Very cheap printer …. so I read the reviews as I thought it wouldn’t be very good, ‘not good with WiFi connection, sometimes poor quality print out, and slow …… NOT !!! Mine sits downstairs, I never have a problem with connection, print quality for me is amazing, even photos as I’ve only bought it for use in my home so don’t particularly do much printing, it’s always on so HP send me new ink when ready at a reasonable price as well.
So all in all a great little printer would 100% recommend 😊
