I've been a customer of HP for so many years having had pcs and printers and you can't beat them on quality or price.
This printer is excellent, easy to use and set up the only niggle is the instant ink. My last printer was 15 sheets free now it costs maybe not much but it's not possible to transfer these old accounts over like you can the new ones, and it is impossible setting it up without registering instant ink. Yes it's free for 3 months but again cancelling it off is a nightmare and took more than a month to do.
The printer I would highly recommend instant ink not so much.

When I was in need to replace my old printer, I went looking towards the higher price bracket. I was asked what my needs would be & was guided to this unit. Having now used it at home, it does everything & more. Prints/ copies / scans over wifi. So there is no need to do any hard wiring. You can also download the HP app & do everything by your phone!! Superb printer and at it's price point or if it was dearer you get every bang for your buck. 20/10

Poor quality item no end of printing problems

Bought for home office used the provided small cartridges without issue but when I got instant ink replacement printer wouldn’t register the colour ink then I started having problems with the scanning all in all I’m sorry I bought this product I wanted a no nonsense printer for quickness this printer has caused lots of delays with the issues
Won’t buy this brand in future for printing
