Where do I start, it has to be the worst print that I’ve ever had. Doesn’t print anything correctly from the Internet. I have to save it all as a PDF otherwise it cuts the top 3 inches off. When I got in touch with HP, they said they know about the error and it is a cheap model which comes with faults. Connection to the Internet is crazy, inside the house right next to the hub no connection at all when I put it in the summer house, which is the furthest part that the Internet will reach works like a dream means I have to go outside in all weathers to collect the printing. I signed up and started to pay for the monthly subscription, but I had to throw so many prints away because I didn’t know about the error it was an absolute waste and cost me a fortune.
