[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this machine. It makes delicious lattes and espresso. I think the best part is the fresh ground coffee beans. Definitely makes a huge difference in the coffee taste and aroma!

Fancy coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very high tech machine. I pretty much feel like there is no need to get coffee from a shop. My only complaint is that the spout isn't a little higher for my cold drinks . It also should remind me its going to spit out water when its warming up and shutting down. It takes less than 2 minutes to make a coffee which is nice. Pretty easy to clean. Lots of bells and whistles so it will take a while for me to learn everything but so far I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little intimidated at first because I’ve only used K cup machines, but once I set up the machine, which was quite simple,it has been a breeze to use. it has onscreen prompts, which helps you every step of the way in setting up the machine and making your coffee. You can use ground coffee, beans, or whole beans which I went with whole beans. You can also adjust how fine you want the beans ground. Various pre programmed options for hot coffees ( cappuccino , espresso latte ect)or iced coffees or lattes. Has two attachments ones for frothing milk, and one if you choose to make an iced latte or an iced coffee. Clean up is a breeze and has on screen display to remind and show what needs to be done as well . All that being said I basically can have almost any style  professional café style coffee at a push of a button at home now. Easy to set up easy to use and easy to clean. Well worth the investment if you’re a daily coffee drinker. If you compare the price of buying all supplies to make your own coffee with Delonghi Magnifica Duo vs paying for the same at name brand drive thru and retail café shops daily. It pays for itself it a very short time if you’re daily drinker.

Perfection for the Wannabe Barista Coffee Lover w No Skill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely adore this product! I will not claim to be a professional barista, which is exactly why I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!! I do have a previous cappuccino/espresso machine that was amazing. It produced beautiful cups of deliciousness.. but it also required skill, knowledge, and a willingness to commit a LOT of time, energy, and learning into the process. This machine gives you the ability to skip all of that. Yes, I got this machine in exchange for a review, but let me scream it from the rooftops that my perception of this machine and my love for it is exactly because it doesn’t require you to be a professional at coffee making. The ability to make all your favorite coffee house, Starbucks favorites is right at your fingertips. Easy for any layman. You can read the specs on your own. You do not need me to regurgitate them. I have been testing this machine out on my family, my parents, and friends for weeks. Those with the more refined coffee palettes had all kinds of suggestions as to what I should include in my review, but they were all sterile facts from connoisseurs. The beauty of this machine is it gives you access to all of that with minimal to no effort. If you would love to fancy yourself a barista but you have neither the time nor knowledge to dedicate to achieve that goal, THIS IS THE MACHINE FOR YOU. Upon taking it out of the box, I was a bit overwhelmed wondering how I would figure this thing out. Then I plugged it in… it walks you through not only the setup process, but how, and why to brew your perfect gourmet cup of coffee, iced coffee, cold brew, macchiato, cappuccino, etc. Instead of driving to Starbucks, waiting twenty minutes, and spending ten bucks, you can do this all in the comfort and ease of your home in minutes, and the machine couldn’t make it easier for you or more user friendly. Other reviews will tell you the specs, the details afficianados want to hear. Is this machine for them, YES! But you know who else it is for? Those of you (and me) who want this luxury and don’t have the talent or skill to pull it off. This machine does it for you, and it does it BEAUTIFULLY. With ease. With no frustration. Without thirty minutes dedicated to it. There is a very slight learning curve your first time or two of using it, but if you can’t get the hang of it - it’s really a you thing, because it is genuinely that easy. Cold brew. Delicious. Iced macchiato. Perfection. Cold foam. Hot foam. Creamy decadence. Self cleaning. The machine cleans itself. It monitors itself. Tap tap tap - DONE. It really couldn’t be more simple for all the options if affords you. It allows you to make perfect drinks that would otherwise intimidate you to even attempt. If you love your morning expensive coffee, hate the inconvenience and cost… it’s worth the splurge. It allows me to make drinks I am far too lazy and uninformed to learn to do myself otherwise. This requires absolutely no more effort than your standard 12 cup coffee machine. Instead you have nearly 20 options of your favorite coffee house drinks at your fingertips, with a self cleaning, self monitoring machine. I really see no negatives here EXCEPT that its largest size to ME is only one true full coffee cup. So for those that like to start their day with a 20oz brew, this will require you to run two cycles. Otherwise - this machine is absolute perfection for coffee lovers that love options but lack talent and time. My review isn’t based on the beauty of this being FreeFiddy - it’s based on the fact this machine makes it entirely too easy for me to have any excuse for me NOT to start my day with an indulgent gourmet style coffee. If it’s in budget for you, DO IT!!!! I have been using it for three weeks so I could give a GENUINE perspective on pluses and minuses, and it’s an absolute win for me.

Extremely happy with performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine is truly the best. It is so so easy and convenient to use. Has a built-in grinder. Great settings to choose the coarseness of the coffee. It is one of the best upgrades to my morning routine. The machine tells us what to do and I just follow. The operation is quite easy and doesn't make too much noise. I am thrilled to make cappuccino, espresso, flatwhite, Americano and latte at home without any hassle. Milk frothing capability is just amazing. You can even just make hot water for tea. Hot coffee or cold coffee in just no time! Comes with hot and cold milk carafe. The machine tells us when to empty the drip tray or the coffee grounds. It also tells us to fill the water tank. Just the best upgrade for my kitchen. My wife loves this coffee machine so much that she has started inviting a lot of friends for coffee. Great quality and performance.

You can use whole or ground coffee beans. My coffee tastes exactly how I want it every time so I think it works pretty well. I really love it!

Café quality drinks made simple & easy

I was expecting a bit of a learning curve with a fully automatic espresso machine, but it’s incredibly easy to use. The touchscreen walks you through each step, so making drinks feels simple and intuitive, even if you’re new to espresso machines.
One thing I really love is how easy the carafes are to plug-in, switch out, and clean. It makes changing between different drinks, quick and hassle free. I’ve tried both the hot and cold drink options and they’ve all been delicious. It’s nice to have so many café style drinks available at the press of a button without feeling complicated.

It does everything!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine looks so sleek. It would fit any home or office, and it goes so well with all my other stainless steel appliances. It's small enough that I still have plenty of counter space left for my air fryer, toaster, and a ton of syrups. I love that this product not only automatically makes my favorite drinks with cream and milk, but it also grinds the espresso beans!! You can even use your own preground beans to save time. It was super simple to set up, and if you read all the instructions carefully, it'll be easy to use for a long time. Great machine.
