[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know where to start. We already own a Delonghi, but this machine is so much better and a better fit for our family. It is very intuitive, with a screen that guides you for every drink and cleaning process that is needed.
It is just so easy to make a drink; you just need to select what you want and read the instructions on the screen, it will tell you what to add and how much, when to add it, when to use the frother, when to clean it...and even remind you to clean it. The frother was always an annoyance for us before, but not with this machine. It comes with 2 small carafes, one for milk used in cold drinks, one for milk used in hot drinks. I enjoy making hot cocoa. It turns out so nicely each time, it's like being at the coffee shop, really.
I can even make a tea with this, as it is one of the drink options.

This machine also tells you when it's time for a deep clean and takes you steps by steps on what to do. You can also see how many drinks you have made....I just discovered that last week.
Anyhow, this espresso maker is fantastic, and we are all delighted with it, from 50 to 13 years old!

I have to say, with so many choices and options, a bigger water tank would be great; as a family of 5, it has to constantly refill.
I also wish that the machine would detect if there is enough water to make a drink before starting it. It sometimes starts making your drink and stops the process in the middle of it (wasting your beans) because it deems there is not more water in the tank, when there is still some and it could have been used to finish my drink..... This was an issue in the other evo we had as well.
This can become expensive too, trying all the different drink options, and playing barista for everyone. The drinks turn out great each time.

Excellent machine , love the fresh ground coffee that it makes ! Easy to use and coffee comes out perfect , either black crema , capuchino, expresso , I even make affogato with ice cream !

Have coffee your way for less than going out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine has been a game changer in our household. I used to spend money on fancy lattes at big name coffee places, but now I can make them exactly how I like at home. There are separate profiles you can set up so your favorites are ready to go. No more scooping coffee grounds, it does it all for you. It tells you exactly when it needs to be cleaned and walks you through its cleaning process step by step. The carafes come apart easily and take no time to hand wash. The machine has been used a minimum of two or three times daily since early June and it’s made a perfect cup every time.

Nifty Coffee Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine was so easy to setup. It provided step by step prompts. It cleaned the system and gave prompts to install the filter. I chose the drip coffee. The machine grounded the beans needed for the one cup of coffee. At the end it asked to save my preference to make it easier next time I brew a cup. Took less than 5 minutes to make a perfect cup of coffee! This has quickly become a favorite!

Best espresso machine I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little intimidated at first when I unboxed the machine. But once I read the directions and started the process of the first coffee it really was easy. I loved the selection they give and how easy it is to scroll through. It made the perfect iced latte with the frothing of the milk. I actually used coffeemate creamer and it turned out perfect.
