Bad experience

I am very disappointed with this Ninja coffee maker. I have only owned it for 2 weeks, and it has already stopped working.
From the beginning, the espresso was never as expected. Instead of producing a proper espresso with good pressure and crema, it only dripped slowly, making weak coffee.
Today, the machine prompted me to perform the weekly cleaning cycle. I followed the instructions exactly, but it became stuck on the “Rinse” cycle and would not continue or finish. The machine is now completely unusable after only two weeks of normal use.
I expected much better quality and reliability from Ninja. A coffee maker at this price should last much longer than two weeks and should not fail during a routine maintenance cycle. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Sleek and convenient.

Upgraded from Cafe Luxe. So far; so good. reading the manual , and following directions is crucial for proper setup.
Calibration can be tricky , and uses a lot of coffee.
My drinks so far have been good, and I look forward to more experimentation.

Having a lot of issues for a thousand dollar machine. Very inconsistent in pouring shots / making them. Sounding like the auto grind struggles most of the time. Espresso coming out dark burnt tasting and too concentrated. Takes a little longer than i would have assumed to complete a cycle. Wasted so many beans calibrating grind IQ as well. Had to grind IQ multiple times before still giving me a wrong shot. Overall not happy. Will trouble shoot & see if that helps. Feeling frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great addition to morning routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the full options of different drink from ice to hot, latte to drip. I also like the auto frothing, so no more guessing what to do, you can set it and forget about it. Come back and just add milk to coffee and you got a drink. Super convenient for morning and a great addition to my office. I also like that the water have it’s own filter ad well.

What can I say, SharkNinja? You’ve done it again! I just received my AutoBarista Pro, and I absolutely love it. After researching numerous automatic espresso machines, the AutoBarista emerged as the strongest contender in my price range..
First off, the design is stunning. Some other auto espresso machines remind me of soda dispensers, i the AutoBarista Pro boasts the aesthetics of high-end manual and semi-automatic machines, while offering the ease and versatility to whip up any coffee drink I want. The display is easy and intuitive and Its compact design is a real bonus, it doesn’t take up too much counter space.
I also want to highlight the innovative unboxing experience. The pre-folded taped sections and folded tape tabs made it incredibly easy to unpack. Those thoughtful details deserve a 10 out of 10!
Setting it up was a breeze—just follow the clear instructions via the guidebook or the QRC . My first coffee this morning was a flat white, and it turned out perfect!
Thank you for making me feel like a professional barista at home!

Calibration fail

This machine is not as what I’ve expected. It’s not worth more than half of this price. Calibration is a big fail especially when changing beans hoopers. The espresso taste sour and crema is not there. No consistency. . It should auto recognize the beans, and grind level that was calibrated. Instead, it waste beans doing it all over again. If you try De’Longhi Rivelia fully automated espresso machine, with change of hoopers it automatically recognizes what was the level and beans. What a difference and in taste of coffee and perfect espresso and cappuccino. I had to settle for Italian based co and machine, Sadly this one had to go back and they are not up to standards and quality to make a perfect espresso even if is an automated machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a fantastic machine, perfect for the coffee/espresso lover that wants nothing to do but push a button. Milk froth is amazing, the Grind IQ does a Perry grind and the feature we like best TWIN HOPPERS WITH ZERO-RETENTION
