Excellent espresso at home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja AutoBarista Pro is fantastic for making a variety of coffee drinks at home. The machine is easy to set up and is made of durable materials to create a luxury coffee-drinking experience.
I love that I can choose my settings and the machine runs automatically so I can focus on getting ready for the day.
This machine is very intuitive and has specific alerts if troubleshooting is necessary.
In addition, this machine includes two hoppers should you wish to switch blends for variety!
If you're looking for a home expresso machine that offers a variety of options to curate your next drink this is definitely the machine for you!

Easy to Use

I found this machine to be really convenient since it’s fully automatic. I didn’t need to learn too much to be able to use it. The material is quite hefty and feels durable. It is easy to clean and has instructions and tablets to clean and descale. The coffee consistency isn’t the best but I think it’s cause my beans aren’t that freshly roasted and this machine requires fresher beans.

GrindIQ issues

I bought this a month back and have been running into GrindIQ issues. The machine randomly asks me to run GrindIQ (No coffee bean change) and this has happened multiple times. The Support guys are clueless and just ask me to clean the machine. The machine is a month old and I must have run GrindIQ 10 times already. Since the support or troubleshooting was not productive I’m returning the product

Very close to great

This machine does many things well. As a latte lover, I appreciate the milk frothing the most. Easy to dial in the exact blend and froth. Most of the machine has automating cleaning that reduces the daily workload. The feature that falls short of the rest is coffee/espresso strength. Increasing the strength decreases the amount of water forced through the puck. Resulting in a smaller cup of coffee. Yes it’s stronger, but now it’s a child’s portion. Others adjust grind to achieve this. As a latte guy this is less important to me. For cappuccino enthusiasts, this can be frustrating. The only other drawback is the text scrolling when using the settings menu. Very difficult to read.

Bad experience

I am very disappointed with this Ninja coffee maker. I have only owned it for 2 weeks, and it has already stopped working.
From the beginning, the espresso was never as expected. Instead of producing a proper espresso with good pressure and crema, it only dripped slowly, making weak coffee.
Today, the machine prompted me to perform the weekly cleaning cycle. I followed the instructions exactly, but it became stuck on the “Rinse” cycle and would not continue or finish. The machine is now completely unusable after only two weeks of normal use.
I expected much better quality and reliability from Ninja. A coffee maker at this price should last much longer than two weeks and should not fail during a routine maintenance cycle. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Upgraded from Cafe Luxe. So far; so good. reading the manual , and following directions is crucial for proper setup.
Calibration can be tricky , and uses a lot of coffee.
My drinks so far have been good, and I look forward to more experimentation.
