Outstanding Espresso, Cappuccinos, and Coffee

e purchased the Ninja AutoBarista™ Fully Automatic Espresso Machine for our office, and it has been an absolute home run. It quickly became one of the most popular additions we've made, and everyone who uses it has been impressed with both the quality of the drinks and how easy the machine is to operate.
The espresso is outstanding—rich, smooth, full-bodied, and remarkably consistent from cup to cup. The cappuccinos are equally impressive, with a great balance of espresso and milk that produces a drink that genuinely feels like something you'd expect from a good coffee shop rather than an office machine.
What surprised us the most, though, is just how good the regular coffee is. We've had a lot of different coffee makers over the years, and this produces some of the best coffee we've ever had. The flavor is fresh, rich, and noticeably better than what we were accustomed to getting from a traditional drip or pod-style machine.
For an office environment, the AutoBarista has been fantastic. You don't need to know anything about making espresso to get a great drink, so everyone can walk up, make what they want, and get consistently excellent results. It gives us the quality and variety of a much more complicated espresso setup without requiring someone to become the office barista.
If I had to point out one negative, it would be the size of the water reservoir. We typically have to refill it about three times a day. That said, I think that's more of a testament to how much everyone loves and uses the machine than a real criticism. We're almost certainly putting it through a much higher duty cycle than Ninja anticipated for a typical home machine. After three months of heavy daily office use, it continues to run like a champ.
We've been extremely happy with our purchase. If you're considering the Ninja AutoBarista for your home or office and care about genuinely great coffee, espresso, and cappuccinos without a lot of work, we highly recommend it. Ours has been a huge hit, and we would absolutely purchase it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja AutoBarista Fully Automatic Espresso Machine is an awesome and very complete machine, with all the features you need to prepared almost any type of coffee, hot or cold and hot chocolate for my kid, dont forget Coffee with Chocolate. One of the first things I really liked ia the water filter. The replacement filters are reasonably priced compared with some European brands. It also offers 10 different coffee drink options, plus cold drinks, which gives you a plenty of choices for your daily coffee. Another excellent feature is the stainless-steel frothing pitcher. It gives the machine a professional coffee-shop feel and makes preparing milk-based/plant based drinks much easier. The machine is the perfect size for a small kitchen or apartment, and I think it would also be ideal for an office. It has a compact and atractive design without sacrificing the features you expect from a fully automatic espresso machine. I was also
impressed by how quite it is when ia grinding the coffee bean and not excessively loud while preparing coffee, which is especially nice when using it early in the morning. The machine feels well

Easy set and super easy to use.

Very easy to open and set up. Directions very straight forward, packed very well. Everything is automatic and can be customized for 2 people. The machine even purges before use and after use, even the frothing wand.

Specialty coffee at home !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how versatile is coffee maker is. It lets me make regular coffee, stronger brews , expreso style drinks and iced coffee, all in one machine. The built-in frother works well with both dairy and plant based milk making it easy to prepare lattes in cappuccinos at home. He has a lot of options, but it’s very easy to use. It has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen.

Great Promise, Poor Execution

I bought this machine 1 month ago, and at first it was pulling great drink just amazing drinks. However, as i started to switch between the modes like the drip coffee and the espresso shot i would get it to grind almost 60 grams of coffee beans and just making a mess in the hopper. The grind iq will work great when you first do the calibration, however, the next time you go to make a drink you get a 1:1 ratio which is not any extraction from the beans at all. I have run with the same beans and am still noticing these issues. If you are interested in this product please please please wait for them to work out the bugs because there are a few of them. The promise is there but the execution leaves me with a 800 dollar machine i am having to find justifying to my wife that the purchase was not poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so disappointed in this product. I have many Ninja products and I am shocked this has been approved to begin selling. I bought one and loved it for two weeks until it broke. I called Ninja and they sent me a replacement. I received my replacement and day 2–it is already beginning to create weak/inconsistent shots and/or not making coffee. You have to repeatedly calibrate the beans and it just wastes coffee in doing so. I am so disappointed because this is expensive and I feel like it is a complete waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
