[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this espresso maker. It’s truly a game changer! My latte is ready in minutes and it only takes a quick push of a button! It was a little larger than I expected, but it fits perfectly on my counter and still leaves plenty of clearance under my cabinets. It’s very user-friendly. The digital screen guides you through every step. Set up was simple and only took a few minutes before I was making my first cappuccino. I also love how many options and customizations it offers. I can choose 1, 2, or 3 shots of espresso, adjust the brew strength, and make everything from hot specialty drinks, iced coffee beverage. The reservoir is large and enough that I can make multiple drink drinks before needed to refill it. The automatic features have been especially helpful. I like not having to calibrate the beans or worry about grind size. The machine takes care of that itself. One thing that I feel neutral about is that it uses a fair amount of water it automatically rinses both of the espresso sprout in the froth or after each use-which is good. As a result, I find myself emptying the drip tray often- which is kind of annoying Overall, the machine is easy to use makes great coffee and offers plenty of customization options. I’m very happy with it and I would definitely recommend it
After years of struggling to make my espresso drinks, finally this comes along! I absolutely love it! It has freed up so much counter space since we don’t need a coffee pot, coffee grinder, frother or bean storage. Even my 77 year old husband loves it for his coffee! So many options for any kind of coffee drink and even hot water for teas.
I was super excited that I finally waited to get a fully automated espresso machine. Paid a my own money and No incentives. I have Ninja air fryer and I know they can be reliable brand. When it comes to coffee and espresso; I have had manual and semi-automated machine, Nespresso, regular trip, French Press, you name it. When I opened this box, I was. impressed with a look and digital screen but machine is about 40lb. Way too heavy. It came w few dents sadly. The bean grinder at the top is super clean. First machine I got at BB; was most likely faulty since only dispensed watery drink. I did the bean IQ and even more than 3x, same happened. I had to take it back to the store. I got the new one and used fresh Lavazza super crema beans. It took 3x to do the IQ and crema appeared too. I love the forget and does an amazing job. Preset settings is great and not so hard to use. I did water hardness test, as well. Did my first cappuccino and as well ice latte. Ice latte is amazing w the frothed milk. Coffee is at superior heat level! Between my prev one and this one and one my family has, they all produce different outcome. That’s really disappointing and we will not keep any of them. I even got membership at BB so I have 2mo freedom of return policy in case anything due to very hearty price of this machine. When I changed the bean hopper to the second one, added organic beans (brewed a month prior), it wasted half of my bag doing bean IQ. Literally, kept doing it and no end to it. Where did beans go? In the bin I saw one puck only and lot of dry ground coffee around it. If is stopped it, after so many times, the IQ light was still yellow. When I placed back my number one hopper, it was fine and the light disappeared. The flushed water was full of coffee that remained inside. This machine is very unpredictable. It does flushing before and after which is good. I empty flushed water and then brew clean cup of coffee espresso or coffee. It does waste a LOT of water and it feels like constantly emptying the tray. One huge issue I’ve noticed is that if you remove the tray too soon after brewing and while machine is still on, you will get water on your counter. That should not be happening and it’s not only one machine and it’s a common thing. Being European and an amazing espresso is coffee is a must, this machine lacks that and it’s just a hassle using it. The bean IQ is not up to performance and coffee sometimes is dispense at the same level or amount no matter what you pick, it can be strong or weak, it might not recognize your beans. Taste can different upon changing back to the same hopper. It’s nice to have that automation process, but they missed the mark. They still need a LOT of improvement. Automation doesn’t always menas the best. I would rather do semi manual or manual bean grinding and make sure level or amount espresso is accurate and where it should be. The De’Long. La Specialista Touch does just that and if level of espresso is not where it should be it will guide you or fill slightly more. The puck is perfect and yet you still pick what you want on the touch screen. I am loyal to some Ninja products but not this. When you know what it should be like then you know. Not to mention where coffee is dispense (a drip) is plastic but it’s surrounded by metal. The bean holder - hopper is all plastic too. The milk dispense portion at the tip is plastic too for frothing but the tip where the water comes out is metal. I don’t make a huge deal of that. For me espresso quality, amount, taste, bean IQ inconsistency, and all this cleaning (emptying and filling water) is too much for a hefty price. Will stick to Specialista touch & 3 years warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new ninja auto barista is amazing! The design is so sleek. It was easy to set up and the way you can customize how you want your espresso is priceless. It is a little noisy but it's worth it for how easy and fast this machine works. I highly recommend it!!
This coffee maker is unbelievable. I does absolutely everything a highest end ground bean and whole bean coffee maker could, and it is all automated. Espresso (controllable temperature, controllable strength), Cappucino, Hot Water, Iced coffee, Cold pressed Espresso, Flat white, Latte, and so much more. Everything adjustable, and the machine automaintains itself in most regards. Gives you what you could order in Europe for 1/4 the cost of the machines they use there.
The Ninja AutoBarista™ Pro has completely transformed my mornings with its professional-quality, one-touch coffee. Its automation is flawless: it grinds, tamps, and extracts espresso with a perfect, consistent crema every day. The integrated carafe automatically froths milk, achieving the creamy textures ideal for cappuccinos. It is a robust, intuitive, and stylish machine, thanks to its stainless steel finish. Although the internal lines require regular cleaning, its speed and versatility in preparing hot or cold drinks make it worth every penny. An exceptional investment for true lovers of great daily coffee. Plus, it's super safe ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is truly a dream. I always shied away from espresso machines because I didn’t want to descale the machine, press the beans, etc. but this is an all in one. It makes any kind of coffee you desire - hot or cold. I cannot rave about this enough.
One of the best investments for a coffee connoisseur!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who describes himself as coffee connoisseur this is probably one of the best things I own, I truly hate sub par coffee and this machine brews amazing coffee at home and saves me a lot of money doing this as well. The machine is easy to setup and very easy to use, the machine adapts to the quality of water your coffee type and if you like your coffee hot or cold with ice or you like it fancy with froth!
