Excellent for Charleston humidity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in Charleston, humidity control is essential, and this unit has noticeably improved our overall comfort. It maintains the set humidity consistently, and the auto mode works well cycling on and off as needed instead of running constantly. You can tell it’s responding to the room rather than just operating on a timer.
The controls are intuitive and easy to navigate, and the app integration is a standout feature. Being able to monitor and adjust settings from my phone, alongside my other connected products, adds a seamless smart home feel that I really appreciate.
It’s not silent, but the sound blends into normal HVAC background noise and isn’t disruptive. So far, it’s proven to be a reliable, well-built dehumidifier that performs exactly as expected in a high-humidity climate.
