Fantastic Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with how well this machine performs. Utilizing the wifi capability is so nice and easy. Setting up the app to use the wifi feature took less than 3 minutes. I have other Frigidaire products set up in the app as well and it's very nice to be able to have everything in one spot. I have noticed a significant difference in my air quality and it has even helped keep my electricity bill a bit down. The air feels less sticky and I even noticed smells don’t linger as much. We keep ours in the kitchen and run it when I’ve been cooking a lot since I can feel the air getting heavy. After the snow I felt like I was fighting to keep the wet dog smell out of the home, but after installing the dehumidifier noticed the air losing that dampness and suddenly the smell of dog just disappeared from the air. Nothing is more satisfying than removing the water tank and seeing how much moisture was pulled out of the air.

Excellent for Charleston humidity

It maintains the set humidity consistently, and the auto mode works well cycling on and off as needed instead of running constantly. You can tell it’s responding to the room rather than just operating on a timer.
The controls are intuitive and easy to navigate, and the app integration is a standout feature. Being able to monitor and adjust settings from my phone, alongside my other connected products, adds a seamless smart home feel that I really appreciate.
It’s not silent, but the sound blends into normal HVAC background noise and isn’t disruptive. So far, it’s proven to be a reliable, well-built dehumidifier that performs exactly as expected in a high-humidity climate.

Fresh Dry Air

It’s perfect for my basement—especially with the constant drain option, so I don’t have to keep emptying the bucket. The Wi-Fi feature is a big plus too, since I can monitor and adjust the humidity from my phone anytime. It runs quietly, works efficiently, and made a noticeable difference in the air within a couple of days. Overall, a great, reliable dehumidifier that I’d definitely recommend.

Great in the basement

This dehumidifier has done a fantastic job controlling the humidity. The mold has not returned, and the whole basement smells fresher. Great performance at a great price.

Great for managing humidity

This dehumidifier is great for managing the southern humidity. While the machine is slightly heavy, the rotating wheels make it easy to move around. The dehumidifier is quiet and easy to control with WiFi adaptability. The dehumidifier definitely does the job and is nice and compact. I would definitely recommend this product!

Simple set-up, good connectivity, time will tell

The setup was very easy and the app was easily downloaded and connected to the dehumidifier. It is incredibly quiet, you can't even tell that it's on sometimes. It has been winter and very dry here so it is hard to assess the efficiency but we will be moving it to the attic in summer and will provide an update then. It is very light and easy to move so it wouldn't be a problem to move it to the problem areas when needed.
