We bought this model after reviewing many choices at the local appliance emporium. It had the essential features we were looking for - “inside” ice maker and water dispenser, French doors and large capacity. The WiFi connection was a bonus. Set up a breeze and tired fridge halled away. Should have replaced it sooner.

Of course we like the french door, bottom freezer format. There are many out there. What I love is that everything feels refined and of high quality: doors and drawers operate very smoothly. It is VERY quiet. We chose not to have water/ice dispensed through the door because it looks cleaner outside and it also offers a lot more storage inside the left door. It has water dispensing inside the left door and an ice maker in the drawer. OK, what I don't like is that this is called a "counter depth" model which means that the only part of the refridge protruding beyond the counter should be the door thickness. In reality, the LG manual requires that there is 2 inches of space away from the wall. So the refridge body protrudes 2 inches beyond the counter, and the door is 4 inches thick. Therefore my "counter depth refrigerator" protrudes 6 inches beyond the counter! Come on guys. This is cheating. Still, I love this fridge!

Bought this unit 4 months ago and I'm totally HAPPY!! It's QUIET and very well lit inside. Ice maker works great. Counter depth size is a must for tighter spaces. Thanks LG engineering!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I have been happy with it so far. I especially love the large drawers, shelf layout and bins in the doors. It is very spacious and we can find things so much easier than in our old fridge.

Exactly as advertised but feels bigger than it says. Very simple storage solution but definitely feels bigger than it says it is.

the product is cheaply made. The plastic shelves and draws are very thin. I like the fact that it is so large and fits the counter depth The size of the ice cubes is great compared to other ice makers. The freeze seems smaller then normal

Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback on your LG purchase. We hope that you are enjoying the high marks slightly more than you are temporarily not enjoying the thin shelves. Hopefully the thin shelving structure allows for more goodies and leftovers to be stored come Thanksgiving. We would like to thank you for becoming part of the LG family. If you ever need anything please head over to Twitter and reach us @LGUS or head to Facebook and reach us with a quick PM. - Trey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a side by side refrigerator for 20?yeare. We recently replaced it with an LG French DoorRefrigeratot. Best decision we could have made! It is not only beautiful but a true joy to use. A fantastic appliance an so delighted to be able to finally have room for our purchased🙌
