[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We checked out many refrigerators for our new home. We wanted (and needed) the slimmer appeal of counter-depth but also plenty of space, especially for entertaining. We love that the water dispenser is inside as we don't use it that often. Also, we don't use a lot of ice and the ice maker makes plenty enough. It even reminds us if the ice is old to dump it out. I also appreciate the app reminder to change filters or that a door is open.
I bought this several months ago and I am extremely happy with my new refrigerator. I love all the features including the height, adjustable glass shelves. The door bin storage is incredible. The icemakers extremely efficient and produces large quantities of device relatively quickly. Also love that I can control the refrigerator via the thinQ app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. It is spacious and holds so much more than my old refrigerator did. The layout is perfect and the bins in the door are big enough to put all of the tall items I use to have to store on my shelves. This opens up the shelves so I can see what is there. I use to have to take things out in order to find what was behind. The freezer bins are also spacious and hold a lot of food. I don't really like that you have to open the door to use the water dispenser but this isn't a problem for me because I chose not to hook up the water. For me this is a five star refrigerator.
Extra thick doors contribute to the interior volume but were not compatible with our cabinets The door hinge location causes the fat doors to fold back, and because of trim around the opening we couldnt push the fridge in as planned. The thick doors actually made the fridge stick our further than a standard depth so we retuned for an LG standard depth. Also the effective storage is limited due to the shallow interior shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very very similar model purchased 15 years ago has had no repairs nor needs any other than a minor sliding drawer fix. Everything works great. Our model has no internal water dispenser.

I like the refrigerator, but it does not get below 37 degrees in the refrigerator section. I am having to go through the warranty to get it fixed. Its7 months old and I don't think it ever cooled all the way down to the lowest degree.
