We have been using our new fridge for approximately one month. The counter depth looks great! The inside is spacious. We have a separate ice maker, so we did not hook up the water to use the ice maker feature.
My only criticism is that the shelves are not as adjustable as my last fridge.

After 3 times having a professional come out the check it out there seems not to be a fixable issue. We then purchased an ice cube make for the countertop, and it finally stopped. So we ordered the LG refrigerator and so far we are so happy with it. the shelves a so great, and the extra space on the doors is great, besides that we have wonderful ice cubes at any given time.

Fridge design and appearance are very nice. The chilled water is not chilled, not warm, but not any colder than our tap water. The ice maker is slow. It takes more than 48 hours to fill an employ ice maker. 11 months after purchase, ice maker failed. LG sent new one free of charge, but it is still slow.
