The instructions leave a lot to be desired and I honestly expected better. They refer you to the product manual which, after I dug it out, didn't have the info I needed for the water proportion. There were a few other vague points. The product seemed to work but always leaves a huge mess of water on the counters nomatter what I do and Im honestly not sure if I did everything correctly.

Whats lucky for me is the dedica flashes lights at me when it needs descaling something my other machines didn’t do which makes for really #%^*+ coffee! Always good to be reminded!
