Great customer service!

Our descaling solution came back smashed from the postal service but when I called they immediately issued me a new package with additional solution. One of the best customer service calls I’ve had in a long time, to the point that I remember it even two years later!!! I would suggest buying the bottles instead of the packages as the solutions lasts longer and is not likely to break.
The instructions leave a lot to be desired and I honestly expected better. They refer you to the product manual which, after I dug it out, didn't have the info I needed for the water proportion. There were a few other vague points. The product seemed to work but always leaves a huge mess of water on the counters nomatter what I do and Im honestly not sure if I did everything correctly.

None better for descaling my delonghi dedica! Whats lucky for me is the dedica flashes lights at me when it needs descaling something my other machines didn’t do which makes for really #%^*+ coffee! Always good to be reminded!

I should have listened to the reviews who recommended buying this in person only. Box arrived completely trashed and product inside was leaking and damaged. The company clearly has a track record of not securing this product sufficiently for the mail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t order this online.

The descaler works so well that it will descale all the items in the box that it comes with. The directions are hard to read though and could be improved. They came all blurry and with the paper breaking apart. I would suggest a bigger font or something that can withstand the descaler for when it leaks. The one that was intact did get used and I don’t have any issues with scaling in the coffee machine. It did give me an irritation on my hands though just to touch the container. Overall I will buy it again but in store.

I ordered two 2-packs of Descaler. The boxes showed up saturated with each of the 4 bottles half empty or less. I’m on week 2 of trying to get a legit response from the company. Don’t buy these online.

The replacement shipment its also leaking like the first one
