Very frustrating

Very frustrating. I can’t connect to my account or WiFi I will just resort operating it manually. I have spent hours trying to solve the problem. I would not buy it again

It took a minute to get used to the "InvisibleMist"... I have forced hot air heating and not dry because the the humidifier.

Quiet easy to use

We have been using humidifier for about 2 weeks. It is so quiet, I was concerned at first that it wasn't working. The machine is easy to fill and clean. Being able to use tap water is a huge bonus!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like how quiet the humidifier is, and that I can use regular tap water! Nice bonus to have the app to control it, too. And it seems to be managing to work in a fairly large, open space.

Not Worth The Price

Based purely on cost versus drug-store humidifiers, this is definitely NOT worth the exorbitant price. The amount of cleaning involved is the same if not more. I could describe the color and smell of the water, but that would make me sick all over again. This product is headed for the trash and I'm headed back to the drug store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s good, but the water has to be replaced so frequently and the mechanism to put all the parts back together with the filter within the top part to the bottom water basket is flawed. It’s really annoying to align it to make it fit properly a huge flaw in the design.

When you do need to take the unit apart, here are some helpful tips for seamless assembly: ensure that the tabs on the wick filter are facing the water pump when installed, and align the indicator on the front of the unit. Completely non functional. Control panel wouldn’t even turn on. Returned immediately.
