I bought this humidifier to replace a different one I had that had too many tiny crevices and was prone to growing pink stuff all over it within two days. I love how easy this humidifier is to clean, I like that it produces invisible mist, and I think the auto function works very well.
The two thing's I don't care for are the way it looks (I have no solution for this, it just looks a bit cheap to me), and I don't like the size of the tank. I have to add water to it two to three times a day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This company sold me a faulty product

Basin is full and below the max line and yet the humidifier “low water” light comes on every time. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot a brand new device every night before using. This product hasn’t worked the entire two weeks I’ve had it. I will never purchase another BlueAir item ever again, I believe this item didn’t pass QC (there’s no document to certify it did like with most small appliances) Oh and now my order can’t be found via the return system, how convenient....

Great humidifier!

I have been using the humidifier for about 5 days now. It works great!Two suggestions: An option for a larger water tank would be helpful.Also, the max fill line is very difficult for me to see. I ended up drawing a black line with a Sharpie. A line with more contrast to the color of the water tank would be helpful.

Very frustrating. I can’t connect to my account or WiFi I will just resort operating it manually. I have spent hours trying to solve the problem. I would not buy it again

Good until it's dormant

I bought this in January and was using it for winter use. I went to go plug it in October and it's making this screeching noise. There is a new filter and there is nothing blocking it. I will be requesting a refund.

I bought this a year ago and loved. I used it all winter and it worked great. But when I went to go use it this year it makes a horrible screeching noise whenever the fan is turned on. I tried everything to fix it but it won't stop making this horrible noise. It's basically unusable now. Sad that it didn't last, especially considering the price.
