I bought refurbished Blueair for my art studio a month ago and I really liked it. It worked great, had good warranty, the customer service was super nice - so I decided to buy one for my boyfriend, as a gift for his birthday.
I liked the look of black color, which matched his house, and his allergy symptoms got reduced, I was very pleased to hear that.
We both joined the filter's club, and start living with Blueair. (In some reason, we both called it "she" or "her." )

We've had a Blue Air purifier for ten years and loved it. It finally gave out after running on the next to the highest setting 24/7 in the desert. We could have had it repaired but with the rebuilt sale, felt that it deserved retirement. Our new rebuilt 450E is even better. Fewer filters and even quieter. It's in the corner of our living room where a noisier machine could be very annoying but you don't know it's there. Thanks again Blue Air.

I’ve had this humidifier for a couple weeks and I really like it! It looks nice and it is very user-friendly. I love that it is an evaporative humidifier that filters any water. It is easy to control from my phone as well!

I bought this a year ago and loved. I used it all winter and it worked great. But when I went to go use it this year it makes a horrible screeching noise whenever the fan is turned on. I tried everything to fix it but it won't stop making this horrible noise. It's basically unusable now. Sad that it didn't last, especially considering the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re sorry to hear about the noise you’re experiencing with your InvisibleMist Humidifier. Based on what you’ve described, it is likely due to mineral buildup in the pump. You can often resolve this by cleaning the tank and pump with a citric acid solution using these steps: unplug and remove the tank and pump, clean any scale, soak the pump in a mix of 2 ounces of citric acid and 1.5 L of water for 2 hours, rinse, and reassemble. We’ll also be reaching out to you directly to make sure you have everything you need to get your humidifier running quietly again.
