Skin feels tight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Blueair Premium Smart Humidifier for a while now, and here’s what I think. If dry air is making your skin feel tight or messing with your sleep, this might be worth checking out.
What I Like: Easy to Use – Just fill the top, turn it on, and let it do its thing. Super Quiet – I can barely hear it running, which is great for sleeping. No White Dust – Unlike some humidifiers, it doesn’t leave a powdery mess on furniture. Big Tank – Runs for almost two days without refilling. App Control – Adjust settings from my phone without getting up. What’s Not Perfect: Takes Time to Work – It doesn’t pump out mist instantly like some others. A Bit Pricey – Costs more than basic models, but it feels well-made. Final Thoughts It’s a great humidifier if you want something quiet, easy to use, and smart enough to control from your phone. It’s not the cheapest, but if you’re looking for quality, it does the job well. Would I Recommend It? Yes. #Blueair #Humidifier #HomeEssentials #BetterSleep #WinterAir
Like the mist free humidity and the various options along with the app. Humidity readings are questionable as they run a little high. I suppose because of the proximity to the fan and water. I take this into consideration when setting the desired humidity level. When sitting on the night stand works well for my dry throat. Also very quiet. I would recommend.
Easy & affordable to operate compared to buying distilled water. Cannot maintain full fan for 12 hours straight on driest days. Would be more convenient to have a little bit larger water tank to be able to run on full blast for 12 hours. Having the filter status on constant display on the app is a little stressful.
Great humidifier for our bedroom. Easily humidifies an approximately 300 sq ft room. Very easy to fill and the app makes it very easy to operate. Would like them to make a larger version, too, as a longer period between reservoir fills would be nice.
Nice design, quiet operation, easy fill with a pitcher to pour water in the top. However, I'm having to refill it every 8 hours. I can't get through the night without it running out of water.

Thank you for your feedback on our humidifier. We're glad to hear you like its design, quiet operation, and easy top filling. We understand your concern about the frequent refills. The runtime can vary based on humidity levels and settings. For the best performance, we recommend placing the humidifier in a room up to 500 sq. ft, adjusting your preferred target humidity level, and setting the humidifier to Auto mode. This allows the device to react to changing humidity and adjust to meet your target level. Initially, it will consume more water to increase the humidity, but once the target is reached, it will use less water to maintain it. Quiet, super efficient, easy to clean compared to other humidifiers this rules, I bought my first Blue air early December 2024 then bought a second one a week later. I live in the northeast, have always had humidifiers and it’s the first winter my hands have not cracked from dryness, what more do I need to say. Love this product!
It's not even been a month, and it has stopped working. Waiting to hear from support. The water level is fine. The filter and unit had been cleaned several times, yet sometime in the middle of the night, it stopped working, even though the fan kept running. I am frustrated as I really need a humidifier for health reasons, and now I don't have one working.

Low/no water indicator will not clear despite having water -- so the unit will not operate. Purchased and started using the unit for home use in late October 2024. Loved using the unit until it stopped working properly because of the low/no water indicator. Over the past couple of weeks, despite following all recommended directions, the indicator does not clear/reset. All maintenance and operation done per Blueair instructions. Factory reset multiple times and still does not clear. Fan starts and then stops. Unit is useless as I cannot bypass the problem to run the fan. I highly recommended the Blueair Humidifier before, however, cannot do so anymore. Frustrated and very disappointed.

We're sorry to hear about the issue with your humidifiers! The low water indicator light staying on can happen when the unit is filled without turning it off. To help get the humidifier drawing in water again after it's been filled, power the humidifier off and then back on. This will reset the pump and allow it to detect the newly added water.
