[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been using fridgidaire brand air conditioners and it has never disappoint. After moving, I decided to stick to this brand, however, was worried if the 10,000 BTU would be good enough to cool my now larger apartment. It was great and performed well! I keep my bedroom door open and it was cooling everywhere well; from living room to the kitchen. I cannot recommend frigidaire brand enough, this air conditioner is easy to use and very convenient with the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the air conditioner but there is a problem with the cord, if you shut it off it won't come back on unless you hit re-set and test, even that did not work yesterday. Now I am using a extension cord

Hello, Kevin. The power cord is equipped with a three-prong grounding plug for protection against shock hazards. Your air conditioner must be used in a properly grounded wall receptacle. If the wall receptacle you intend to use is not adequately grounded or protected by a time delay fuse or circuit breaker, have a qualified electrician install the proper receptacle. Additionally, Do not run air conditioner without outside protective cover in place. This could result in mechanical damage within the unit. It is also not recommended to us an extension cord or an adapter plug. Great cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new A/C unit cools my home very well & I’m really happy with it. It has an auto function which allows it to turn off so it’s not running all the time. It also has eco function which is great as well. The remote tells you room temp while it can control temp on the unit itself. I’m very please with the unit.
