Quality control lacking

I purchased this ac to replace a returned ac 8000 BTU Fridigaire that I purchased that was dented even though the box was not damage. They did not have any more of the 8000 BTU ac's upon returning do I had to get a more expensive model, this one. The box was not damage at all so I did not open in store prior to purchase. Well don't you know that this one was dented even worse than the first one. I'm 65 and these are not somthing that I can just put in car to return. So I'm living with a damaged unit that I paid full price for.

Great cooling / Now No cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner was installed in July 2021. It was not used until September of 2021. Over this past weekend I tested it for the approaching summer season and it is NOT cooling. The fan is operative but the cooling component is not working. I’m very disappointed. I will be calling about the warranty options tomorrow.

Newer model of an old reliable unit

The newer one was improved and quiet. The price was right and we are happy with the purchase. Easy to use and smooth installation.

Easy Install, Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was fast and easy. My favorite feature is the timer. I can go out and set it. I live in an apartment, so the 10,000 BTU works great to cool the living room, entrance, and bedroom.

Great air
