[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Louder than I expected. Much louder than an 8 year old 15k BTU Frigidaire this replaces. Remote sensing doesn’t work.

Great cooling

It has an auto function which allows it to turn off so it’s not running all the time. It also has eco function which is great as well. The remote tells you room temp while it can control temp on the unit itself. I’m very please with the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the air conditioner but there is a problem with the cord, if you shut it off it won't come back on unless you hit re-set and test, even that did not work yesterday. Now I am using a extension cord

Hello, Kevin. The power cord is equipped with a three-prong grounding plug for protection against shock hazards. Your air conditioner must be used in a properly grounded wall receptacle. If the wall receptacle you intend to use is not adequately grounded or protected by a time delay fuse or circuit breaker, have a qualified electrician install the proper receptacle. Additionally, Do not run air conditioner without outside protective cover in place. This could result in mechanical damage within the unit. It is also not recommended to us an extension cord or an adapter plug.
