I left off a star because the lights to show the temperature is very dull and hard to see and the small dots to see what mode and fan it’s on is so dull and tiny you cannot read it. You just have to guess where you have it set to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my sixth Frigidaire Window Room Air Conditioner in eight years. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchases. However, imagine my disappointment when this unit arrived and there was no "remote sensing" feature included on this model. All photos of this model on the Frigidaire website show the remote sensing feature on the face of the unit. I have the similar 12,000 BTU model with the remote sensing feature which is very desirable. I would not have purchased this FHWC103TC1 model (10,000 BTU), if the Frigidaire photo did not show that it had the remote sensing feature.
