[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC was easy to install (little heavy) but was able to manage by myself definitely cools my living room and kitchen. I wish the vent angles were a little more pivotal. Overall, does the job and not terribly loud.

Cools well, but a bit loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner does a great job cooling my 400 square feet apartment. It reaches all the rooms and I am very happy with it. The only thing is I do feel like it’s a bit loud. Not terrible, but even on the low setting it makes quite a bit of noise. Just something to be aware of!

The Quality I Expect -- So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the unit at the end of the summer so haven't used it much. So far it performs at the high caliber that I've come to expect from Frigidaire window a/c units. The 5,000 BTU unit that this is replacing did an amazing job of cooling/drying the air given its smaller capacity and very large space (rooms open into one another/no doors) but this unit will be more efficient. It's a bit loud at the higher fan speeds, but I've never had an affordable window a/c unit that isn't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my unit for over 18 months. I just love it. It does the job during the time of year when I need it. Frigidaire also has a very good warranty policy. I had issues with another unit in my home and the replaced it with a brand new unit in a timely manner. GREAT PRODUCT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I a very pleased with this a/c. The installation was simple. Various foam insulations, with instructions on where to place them. Super quiet when running on high. Multiple directions for air flow. The room cooled off in minutes.
