Doesn't blow cold air

Just purchased this unit and it doesn't cool. Read and followed all the instructions in the users guide and still doesn't cool very well. Called 800 number in users guide and don't get any live people, only a listing of service centers. Not very helpful.

Solid performance for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the unit a month ago for our guest accommodations separate from our main house. It has performed well in spite of the 90 degree temperatures and the fact that it is technically undersized for the space we are cooling. We are very happy so far.
