No Dual ADF? But the printer is Duplex? Does not make sense. A duplex Ptr should have a duplex ADF.

This is a good printer and does everything as advertised. I have it a 4 instead of a five because of two issues. The first is minor. The touch screen is very diminutive as compared to other HP offerings. The second is a major deal for me. There is a light in the front that is very bright and cannot be adjusted. My printer is close to our bedroom and I had to put a 6” piece of electrical tape to co er this large light. I am not exaggerating as to the brightness. One can read a book several feet away from it.

This replaced a HP 9520. The 7602 was very easy to set-up mechanically, software and internet. Compared to 9520 the 7602 is slower, has only 1 paper feed tray and always on user screen. In fact this is the one feature that I miss. Yes the menu does show up when touch surface, but I have to swipe right several times to make a copy. The print quality is excellent. And of course, the ink cost per page is dramatically lower. This was the main reason for choosing the 7602. Overall satisfied with purchase

Printer has small footprint, which I like. First one for me without cartridges, so we’ll see how that works out. Biggest disappointment is that I can not get it to connect to my wifi or computer to scan FROM the printer. I’ve had to use the un user friendly(in my non technical opinion)HP Smart app to scan anything. I thought this was advertised as pretty intuitive when it comes to setting up, but I don’t know why it is so difficult. I guess I thought it would connect automatically, but it hasn’t. Also, I dont care for the small touch screen menu at the top of the printer. It is at a bad angle for me to read easily, and I don’t have much faith in the longevity of this touch screen. Also, the paper tray is somewhat confusing but I guess I’ll deal with it. Had an 8600 series before, so I’m not completely clueless on HP’s. So far, it has printed nicely, though!

I am not at all happy with the purchase of this printer from the manual instructions, to the installation and to its operation. I would much rather have my old Envy Photo series 7800 back which Microsoft deemed obsolete and no longer supports. It executed every thing well including automatic shut off. I had no idea Microsoft had that kind of control over HP products.
This printer is awkward, cumbersome and does not have automatic shut off. I am considering replacing it.

I really like the printer, it is all i could ask for, the only issue i have is every time i need to print something, i have to turn the power off and back on to get it to reconnect to wifi. Now i only use it a couple times a week , maybe if i used it more often this would no happen.

HP Smart Tank 7602 Checks most of the boxes, it is a replacement for a work horse Office Jet pro 8600. It equals the performance of the printer it replaced except for 2 sided printing comes out unsatisfactory. The paper tray doesn’t lock the paper down for a 8 1/2 x11 on the 11 end it allows for A4 paper to be loaded without any adjustment for paper size. It prints card stock okay and the ink tank is the main selling point of this printer. Over all I am happy with this printer and it is very compact and has a fax capability.
