[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent printer with nice features. Unpacking the printer was a little overwhelming. Probably cause I'm used to one with less parts. To my surprise, set up was pretty simple instruction where well written. Also set up with HP smart was done before I got done typing this review. Very nice device, very happy with the product. Excited about having a tank model With it's benefits.

I love the compact size as it fits neatly on a shelf in the desk of my home office as seen in the picture. I printed a few items already and am amazed at the print quality! I highly recommend this printer.

This printer was so much better than any other printer I’ve ever used!! Set up was easy and the HP Smart app has so many useful templates and ideas. I tested the quality of the actual printing by printing a photos from my phone on REGULAR printer paper. The photo was so clear. You couldn’t see the pixels. I was really impressed. I can’t wait to see the prints on actual photo paper.
I thought it was so cool that you can print from your phone and don’t need a land line to fax. I can’t wait to check out other features.

This HP Smart Tank 6001 is revolutionary!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup extremely easy with the HP Smart App. You scan the QR code to begin, and it walks you through each step, and waits for the printer to calibrate and register the ink, print heads, and paper after installation. If you prefer to set the printer up manually, there are written instructions along with pictures to guide you through setting up the printer.
From start to finish, I’d say the entire unboxing, and setting the printer up, took me about 25-30 minutes. Most of that time was me removing the printer from the box, removing the cardboard, and unwrapping the inks and print heads. It really is easy. The only hiccup I encountered was at the very end, when after the scan page was calibrated, it asked me to print the test paper. Well, unfortunately it kept telling me there was an unexpected error and to try again. I tried a few times, and then decided to just pull up a random page on my phone to print. All was well, it came out quickly, effortlessly, and so beautifully! The color is deep and rich, but doesn’t bleed and isn’t wet to the touch!
This printer is absolutely revolutionary! This whole no ink cartridge thing is beautiful! And so much more cost efficient! It used to be that buying a new printer was cheaper than just buying the ink cartridges. This HP Smart Tank is changing the game. The ink installation was so much easier than I anticipated. I initially had a lot of anxiety about dumping those bottles upside down for fear that somehow I was going to damage the printer. Once I braved the tipping, it does take a bit of force to pop the bottle and get the ink flowing. And it’s exactly enough ink. There was virtually no wasted ink, and no mess! Color me impressed!
I love the fact that it has the option for color or black copies, simply with the push of a button. The auto 2 sided printing, also a game changer! As the holidays are rapidly approaching, I cannot wait to push this bad boy to its limits and see what I can create!

My favorite printer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do a fair amount of printing in our home and waste a lot of time buying and replacing ink. Not anymore, after our purchase of the HP Smart Tank 6001. I can't believe we'll get close to 8000 color pages before we need new ink.
The printer was easy to set up with HP's intuitive tools. and easily connected to my Wi-Fi network. Scan and copy are both efficent and high quality. The paper tray holds a ton of it so we're not fumbling to refill it every ten minutes.
Print speed is great, it's both quick and quiet.
Thrilled with the build, size, speed and print quality.
It's cliche, but this will definitely be the last printer we buy, We'll never use cartridges again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok for the time I have used this printer it blows my old one out of the water. The photo quality is amazing. 8m so glad I was picked for this. We take so many photos and print them out to have physical memories and to share with friends family and school projects. It prints super quick as well and set up was a breeze. I will admit my fiance does use it more then I at the moment with me either working all the time or other things. This printer is the best and so recommend it
