I wanted to replace my faithful, aging Workhorse printer, and glad I did. the 3950 is smaller, faster and quieter! I really like the eco-friendly tanks, too.
It’s an amazing printer, the print quality is amazing especially the pictures. It took me 4 days to research good printers and I’m happy that choosing this one didn’t disappoint when i used it. My advice is to never buy HP. Just buy an Eco tank like this one and you won’t regret it! I really hope it last unlike HP. Although I am disappointed though for that price, they could have at least included some paper or photo paper 😔

WHAT AN UPGRADE!!!

I received the ET-3950 as a replacement for my previous model ET-3850 because they were out of stock. Boy! What a huge difference! In addition of being able to print on both sides, The ET-3950 when the user clicks on the PRINT depending on the software being used, The ET-3950 tray emerges out and prints the page. The bad news, you have to press the retract button on the panel to close it, The good news, the chances of bumping into the printer tray (depending where your printer is placed) are at a very low percentage. Last but not least the ink levels are still at 98% full and I've been using the printer for five months now.
Great printer, except for one big exception. The output tray does not self close. Why on earth they have it so it stays open unless you hit a couple buttons manually is beyond me. Worst case, after X amount of time, it should close automatically.

Will not Buy after reviews

Hey Epson Do you have any other troubleshooting or comments to one star reviews besides a blanket copy and paste statement about support included for life? Support doesn't mean anything if you don't actually support your product or support the people who buy it? What are you doing about connectivity issues and the defects besides telling people on the reviews that you can call support looks like they clearly did. I wouldn't buy this product after reading that. Good Luck Shaq how about spending your money on support instead of celebrity endorsements.
