Epson - EcoTank ET-2980 Wireless 🖨️ Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Epson EcoTank ET-2980 Wireless Printer is a high quality wireless device. The set up to install the printer takes about an hour and has a few prompts and installations however once the set up is complete the printer is a speedy copier. It prints quickly and double sided if desired. The printer paper goes in order and stacks neatly on the printer tray. This is an excellent tool, love it!!!

Finally a printer that won't cost a fortune in ink

The PrecisionCore technology produces vibrant, high-quality prints, and the EcoTank system has saved me money on ink costs. Setup was a breeze, and the compact design fits perfectly on my desk. Wireless connectivity makes it easy to print from my phone or laptop. I wouldn't touch a non wifi printer in 2025. My only gripe is that the paper tray could be larger, compared to current laser units that can take the whole ream. Overall, highly recommended for cost-effective printing.

As someone who works from home and prints documents regularly, I was looking for a reliable, cost effective printer and the ET-2980 delivers. The biggest standout is the ink system. Instead of constantly replacing expensive cartridges, the EcoTank’s refillable ink tanks are easy to use and incredibly economical. The printer comes with enough ink to last up to three years, which means I won’t be worrying about running out anytime soon. This alone has saved me time and money.
Print quality is sharp and consistent, whether I’m printing reports, invoices, or even color materials. The PrecisionCore Heat Free technology makes the printer efficient and surprisingly fast definitely a noticeable upgrade from my previous printer. Setup was also quick and user-friendly, and the wireless connectivity makes printing from multiple devices seamless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Epson EcoTank ET-2850 is a game-changer for home printing. It arrived very well packaged, ensuring everything was secure and protected. What sets it apart is its cartridge-free design. Instead of cartridges, you fill the printer with ink from bottles, which is way more cost-effective in the long run. It is super easy to refill printer even with one hand and absolutely mess free. The instructions were very clear and super easy to install, just needed to scan the QR code. The software installation takes about 11 minutes.
Print quality is solid for everyday documents and photos. It's not professional-grade, but more than enough for school projects, recipes, and snapshots. The ET-2850 also offers wireless connectivity, so you can print from your phone or tablet. Plus, it supports voice-activated printing, which is super handy.
However, it's not the fastest printer out there, so if you need to print large documents regularly, this might be a drawback. Also, the initial cost is higher than your average inkjet printer, but the savings on ink will eventually make up for it. But it’s work perfectly for my needs. A couple of times I had a communication error pop up during my photo print, and the picture came out half printed. I’m not sure what caused it, it was so random.

It connects seamlessly with all my devices using the epson smart panel app. An amazing feature that i noticed was how the printer can print double sided.
