Easy set up, great print quality!

I had no problem setting up my new printer and loading the ink bottles. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The install instructions run on an iPad or iPhone and make the process easier. I loaded the drivers on my laptop, also with no problems. The print quality, especially photos are much higher quality than my old HP printer with ink cartridges. The very small LED panel is hard to read, but not really needed much with the software on an Apple device. Overall this was a great upgrade from our old printer and the ink subscription we were paying for. Be advised that this printer will not print on both sides of a page, it is one side only

Broken on arrival

I just bought this and the scanner is broken. I now have to figure out how to file a warranty claim to get it replaced. Buyer beware.

Worst printer I have ever purchased !

Worst printer I have ever purchased! Continuously hangs up, no matter how many times we update the firmware. Paper feeds poorly resulting in jams. Rarely connects to in-home laptops.

The worst!!!!! absolute WORST PRINTER ever!!!... do not and I repeat DO NOT!!! buy this printer. I am telling you 100% honest this is the worst printer ever created. It looks like it was designed to to be difficult in every way from the tiny screen to the constant disconnecting from the internet and then it tells you in a message that your wireless router is the problem..... it's asking you to uninstall and reinstall it has no explanation other than you are the problem and your Wi-Fi is the problem....... what gets me as they are so disgusting Epson by allowing us to continue to be on the market and they know that it's a piece of crap yet they're still selling it..... I am sure anybody that has responded in a positive way is not human and is some sort of AI generated situation................. It is beyond frustrating.,,, and again I am 100% telling the truth. This is a piece of garbage, a waste of money and more importantly, a waste of your time save yourself the aggravation. I.... I would give it -100 stars if I had the option............... Epson should be ashamed of itself for taking peoples money!!! yeah yeah he's a take a picture

incomplete setup

hard to setup, my guess is that because it prints so lite the scanner will not read, so it keeps failing the Alinement step. So never finish setup.

Great All in one

I bought this printer yesterday(9/2/25), well actually I broke down & had to buy for school. I had the orignal version & needed to be fix. I have had that printer since 2020 & have yet to replace the ink. Even though it was getting there soon, but still. The new model is pretty cool as well, though. I like how the app has been upgraded with new feature like setup the printer from the app, etc. I would say that the only drawback I notice compared to the old one is it does uses more ink. I had to do a lot of updates/test runs(use stuff when setting up), my levels were completely full & now they are all down some. Not that much but noticeable. But besides that it prints great & fast too! The connection to my laptop well very simple. Epson once again doesn't lack when it comes resolution quality! For the price & compatibility other printers companies its a great home/office/college dorm printer. For last 15yrs or so I only buy/use Epson products b/c the quality & the clarity of photos, documents, cards etc is top tier to me! Even when I was in photography class, that was my college was using for everything & what really open my eyes to their products
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased 9-12-25 registered same day says warranty expires july6-2026 not even a year warranty?
Screen is very small paper is inserted in the top rear very bad idea
