I bought this a few days ago and I am not computer smart. I am 72 years old and I think the install instructions for this product are terrible. Everybody assumes that WIFI and internet connections are always working. Long story short it took me 2 1/2 days to get this printer connected to my computer. I expected a cord from the printer to the computer, I expected a disc with the printer, that didn't happen. I probably wont purchase your printer for my company when I update printers in a few months. If I can't do it why do you think employees can do it. Please don't send me emails about product or information. I feel this process should take no more than 5 minutes start to finish and it should start and stop with INSTALL DRIVERS.

bought this printer around a week ago; the only reason I even looked into buying it was because of Shaq. I love Shaq. Tell Shaq I said hi and that he’s the most dominant center oat. Btw he’s Superman not dwight

Very nice printer

I had a Canon printer that gave me trouble for years. It stopped printing so I decided to buy an Epson ET-2980 printer. The setup was easy on the Epson app I downloaded on my phone. It was way easier to setup than any Canon I have owned. So far, it is working great. This printer came with a lot of ink. The connectivity to my wireless network was seamless. I would definitely recommend this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

incomplete setup

hard to setup, my guess is that because it prints so lite the scanner will not read, so it keeps failing the Alinement step. So never finish setup.

So easy to use and very convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let me say that I love this printer. It's just so easy to use and highly convenient. I love that it's wireless, and that helps a lot because I have always wanted to easily print pictures from my phone. I'm so happy about this printer. The scanning process, printing, and initial set up was great. It is so simple to do everything. Even loading the color cartridges was simple. The time it takes to print each picture is better than I expected. Pairing the printer with my wifi was easy to do as well. From the moment I opened the box, I've been printing all of my favorite pictures. Feels like I should open up a gallery at this point. The quality is just amazing. It's such a perfect addition! I just wish I had taken pictures of it out of the box. Unfortunately, I'm moving, so I kept the box and just put it back in there at the moment.

Nice home printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this printer! It’s so easy to setup and easy to use. I like that the ink reservoirs are simple to fill and visible. I’ve used this printer via Bluetooth without issue numerous times. I made a colorful Disney countdown that my kids loved. I attempted to add a short video but it would not load via Influenster :(

It’s so easy to set up with an app, prints in great quality, and is super quick!
