A Nice Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this - it’s a nice upgrade from my Next. It does leave more water in the dregs box, but who cares. It makes good tasting coffee, it’s quieter, and I like the customization options. The WiFi is more reliable and it’s smaller too. Glad I got it.

Coffee making is great but connection needs help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was beyond excited for the new Nespresso Vertuo Up! Unfortunately my excitement turned into frustration very quickly. It's supposed to connect to the app to customize temperature and cup size as well as get alerts and simplify maintenance. Unfortunately no matter what I try it absolutely will not connect to the app. Otherwise I love it. It is so beautiful and sleek looking. I love the pearly white color of it and it makes a delicious cup of coffee. My only issue so far is not being able to get it connected to the app. Nespresso send help!

Full featured and speedy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our broken Vertuo Next with the Verturo Up. After about three weeks we can say that it’s easier to use and my wife thinks it better. Securing the pods are easier thanks to a longer lever. It warms and pours quickly. Glad we selected it!
