It doesn’t make milkshake well. When I try to make a milkshake, it turned out to be foamy and not frozen like from the restaurants. And it’s hard to clean after trying to make a milkshake.

We’re sorry to hear that your milkshakes aren’t turning out as expected and that cleaning has been difficult, we completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient that must be. We’d like to help you get better results. To achieve a thicker, more frozen milkshake with your Slushie maker, try using the large snowflake setting and adjust one level at a time, allowing about 10 minutes for the texture to change. It also helps to ensure both vessels are filled to the max fill line and that similar drink types are used so they freeze evenly. For cleaning, we recommend using the Rinse cycle before disassembling, dispense any remaining drink, add warm water to each vessel, and run the Rinse cycle. Then disassemble and hand-wash the parts (except the motor base and evaporator) or place them on the dishwasher’s bottom rack. The motor base and evaporator can be wiped with a damp cloth. First Ninja slushy purchase. This thing is huge! My first impression was oh my goodness what in the world was I thinking. Fast forward to many slushies made this thing is awesome! Wish there was more recipes available but makes slushies like a dream out of any liquid. I was worried reading previous reviews that people thought the tanks were too small for hosting. We had 15 people over, consumed many drinks and it worked like a charm. The trick is, we had plenty of mix made and in pitchers ready to go when it started to run empty. Freezing is fast. Slushassist works pretty good. Sometimes it makes it too frozen but with a click of a button it’s all good. Cleanup is not as bad as k thought it would be. Just buy it.

It was super fun to use these with my twin granddaughters. The juice freezes in less than 5 mins. You can customize the consistency & blending & cleanup was easy. I will shop Ninja again.

Why would We go out to any daiquiri place or Wet Willie’s when We havew Wet Willie’s in the comfort of our own Home. We absolutely Love Love Love these powerhouse machines. We have the first one and now this double one. When we have friends over we run 3 at the same time!!! Best investment ever!! Ninja/Shark have cornered the market with these. I’m trying to upload a pic but can’t figure out how
