Had it 2 weeks ago, one side freezes better than the other . I don’t think this machine should be for spiked drinks just slushies ! Definitely do not recommend if you’re going to use it a lot !

We get why that would be disappointing, especially when you were hoping to make a variety of drinks and haven't been getting the results you expected. It sounds like you may be experiencing a cooling issue, and we do have tailored troubleshooting to help with this. Please follow the steps under "Cooling Behavior" in the guide below. If the problem continues, simply follow the instructions at the end of the page and we'll take it from there, including reviewing your warranty options and arranging any replacement parts or a replacement unit if needed.

We have only had a few days, but we absolutely love this machine. Blends very well. We haven't tried all the options, but look forward to doing that. HIGHLY recommend this.

I purchased the Ninja Slushie Twist because I love to go to the restaurant and purchase 2 for 1 margaritas. Now that they don’t offer that deal at my favorite Mexican restaurant, I decided to purchase the twist and make my own. I’ve made milkshakes, margaritas…both ways…and I love it. I love the fact that I can make only one side of my favorite when I am enjoying it alone and both sides when I want two different flavors! The consistency is just like the restaurant and cleanup is easy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja Dual Slushi machine has completely changed our home drink game! I love that it lets you make two different frozen drinks at the same time, so everyone can choose their preferred flavor or choose both. The slush comes out incredibly smooth with a perfect texture never watery or chunky. It’s surprisingly easy to use, freezes drinks quickly, and the built in rinse function makes cleaning simple. You can make frozen lemonade, fruit slushies, frappes, or frozen cocktails it delivers consistently delicious results every time! It’s also very quiet not too loud of a machine.

We recently got one of these, and it’s been awesome! Perfect for a summer treat or any time of the year for that matter! It can make a thin Slush or even thicker like a frosty. It’s amazing!
