Everything I wanted and more!

I did a ton of research before making this purchase, and could not be happier with my decision. I am a serious cook and baker, and absolutely love my new Cafe double oven. I have put it through its' paces, and it has performed beautifully whether baking, roasting, broiling or air frying. We use the air fryer mode often, and love the results. I saw someone complain about the racks, but I really find them to be great, especially the locking feature that prevents the racks from sliding out unintentionally. I did apply the graphite lube supplied, so no problems with gliding. While appearance is not nearly as important as functionality, the design is eye-catching - the brushed bronze handles coordinate beautifully with the copper in my kitchen. I would highly recommend without reservation!

All the bells and whistles!

We bought this to replace a 20 year old oven. While some of the features were not on my must have list, they are definitely worth the money. The oven cooks so well and cooking times are so accurate. Baked goods turn out perfectly done. The air fryer feature is great for roasted veggies and you can cook much larger amounts than I can in my countertop one. The built in temp probe is very accurate and roasts are done exactly as you want them. I was able to try out the dehydration feature with my fresh herbs. So much faster than a food dehydrator abd you can do so much more at one time. This was definitely a bonus feature for me but it’s one I will use since I enjoy growing my own herbs. The enameled racks slide so smoothly. So far we are very pleased with this purchase abd I am loving having an oven that is so accurate! Looking forward to Christmas baking!!

The air fry feature has been my favorite option to use so far. Its quick and slick! I really enjoy the the wifi capability and using the app which tells me on my phone that my oven is preheated! C
