Air fryer

I just got all my cafe appliances installed. Have been using the Walloven air fryer mode but it keeps burning everything. I have turned it down to lowest setting but tray on middle rack and only about 5 minutes and it still burns. What am I doing wrong.

We'd like to provide information that can help with getting optimal results from the air fry mode. If you are noticing foods brown too easily, we recommend using rack position 3 for better results. Oven works well but the colour of the glass changes to rainbow after first use. The manufacturer says its normal but we are keeping an eye on it if it gets worst or cracked due to hot temperature.

I like baking two dishes separately and air frying is a bonus especially..... I'd be in the kitchen forever!

Great Oven - Smart HQ app doesnt support this oven

So far this oven has met all my expectations, ease of use and great results with air frying and baking. What is really bad is the Smart HQ app doesn't support this oven. I've uninstalled and re-installed this app since I am using it for a de-humidifier. It seemed to recognize the oven with limitations. I cant control the oven lights with the app nor do I have an option anywhere to view the top oven camera. No option in the app at all. I bought this oven for the features. It would have been nice to get a working app with it as well for the $$$.
