DOA, Seems to work finally weeks after install

Seems to be well feature but was dead on arrival. It took 2.5 weeks after install to get it running, so just got running yesterday, first using it today.

Love the matte black look!

I recently used the preheat option on my app last week so my oven would be ready by the time I got home. The air fry option is great too, I was able to get another appliance off my countertop now that it’s built into my oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed

Right as I got this email to rate my oven I came to my phone to turn it on- because the screen is always blank now or only shows a few buttons. There’s no update needed. I can’t use the touch screen only after a few months of owning it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The oven is packed with features. The air fry option has been amazing and the wifi is "fun" although we haven't used it that often. Currently having issues with the display screen after the timer goes off but having it checked out. A little disappointed to have an issue after only using it for 6 months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great oven, but...

I bought this oven because it was one of the only ovens available in white. The option for black handles was a plus. That said, this is a marvelous oven. It basically does everything well. I love the fact that the oven is accurate and reliable. I have gotten spoiled by the wifi connection; I now know when the oven is heated, when the timer goes off, etc. It's amazing what you can get used to. :) The one flaw in the oven is the long wait while the oven is heating or cooling off.
I would recommend this to a friend!
