Great Double Convection Oven!

A great convection oven to replace our 30 year old GE double oven. Fast, even cooking with an indirect element on the bottom that means you can put food in without preheating. Beautiful LCD display and app connectivity so you can start / stop the oven before arriving home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love how many options/features I have .,, especially the proofing option as I bake with dough alot. Connected it to my app and can preheat without leaving my office.

Ovens cook great. However, getting to temperature takes a long time and increasing oven temperature also takes a long time to go up. In addition, when you turn off the oven, the fan continues to run for a long time, making you think it is not turned off. All baked items cooked evenly. We hooked up the Wi-Fi, but we don't really use it that much. But it does send a message to our phones when the oven is finally up to temperature.

Very pleased with initial performance of the ovens. They look great and fit right into my opening. We were limited with choices as most manufacturers have stopped making 27" ovens. These are well priced and offer a complete list of features.

Love how the oven cooks, bakes, and looks. The Sabbath feature is excellent. We enjoyed the large clock, wallpaper, and cute info displayed. Unfortunately, after the Sabbath feature shut off, the large clock display with the wallpaper no longer shows. We tried re-doing everything but it didn't help. Suggestions welcome.

No book on how to select different cooking option?

Can’t believe a book hasn’t come with this beautiful oven — so many features but nothing telling you about the operation of them!! I would easily give this a 5 star if I knew all the capabilities of this unit.
