Doesn’t cook like it says it does

It doesn’t not cook the food evenly all the way around. The back of the oven cooks more than the front. It takes forever to preheat, compared the oven I used to have. It was a GE from the 60s. I’m close to calling and getting my money back

Was promised air fry and oven doesn't have it and

Clock doesn't work, Installers left a big hole in the wall and then said no trim kit to fix it - even though they did an advance visit and sit it would be fine. My specific reason for buying the oven was air fry - and then the oven doesn't have it. I've repeatedly reached out for help to no avail.

Perfect fit

GE is the only models out there to replace an old GE 27” in wall double oven, fit was so tight that have to use metal spatula on each side to slide the oven in to the cutout without modifications, everything was good except for setting it up on WiFi was a different story, it is way to complicated than it need to!!

Tried to explain the issues and give them a 3 star but my review got moderated. So I will just give them one star for the fact the same size oven is not built the same and the previous model. Long story I would explain but I will get “moderated”again. Do your research.

The web connection feature is great. It would be great to have the lights separated on the ovens. You do not always want both lights on or off.
