Worked like a charm!

We needed a new oven for Christmas day and I called Bray and Scarff and they sent this oven on Christmas Eve. It is beautiful, the racks move smoothly, easy to use and the dinner was pretty darn good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek & great features!

I love the simple outer design of these ovens and the extended shelf in the top oven. The alarm stays on until you turn it off which I find a relief as my last oven would stop the alarm after a ding or two and if I wasn’t in the same room I’d never know. I haven’t used the cleaning setting yet so no news on that.

New ovens

We just replaced our old GE profile double ovens with new ones today. Unfortunately the installers threw away the box with our probe and instructions before it could be recovered. So I’m hoping Holllowsys gets us a new probe soon. I cooked two items today and have to say I need to get adjusted to my new ovens. My old GE convection oven was 20 years old and probably new technology at that time. I’m finding the new convection takes longer to cook and doesn’t brown baked goods the same way. I’ll figure that out. In the meantime I’m happy that I can get back to my gourmet cooking. It was a long wait during COVID and I was getting sick of the grill.

We haven’t used it a lot, but the touch panel works well. Never thought WiFi on an oven or fridge would be something I’d use, but being able to preheat the oven before you get home is fantastic. It does take longer to preheat than I expected, especially with the top oven being convection, but I suspect the outgoing oven was never preheated fully when it claimed to be. Getting alerted by the oven timer over the phone is also pretty nice.
