Love this double oven. Easy to keep clean with the steam function. Actually can roast and sear a steak with the programmed recipes. It’s quiet and gas so many different cook modes, even air fry!

Nice even with glitch

We purchased this oven after our old one broke and so far we like it. There is a weird glitch where everyday at 10:14am mountain time it reverts back to eastern time. There is no way to update the time zone on the oven so we manually fix it every morning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you've not done so already, we'd recommend connecting your unit it your home wifi via the SmartHQ app. While there are many benefits to doing so, one of those benefits is that software updates are pushed out from time to time that may help to fix issues such as this.

If this still doesn't help, you can try resetting the internal electronics by disconnecting power for about 30 seconds and then restoring it.

This is a beautiful oven. The double oven /broiler feature was a must have for me. The new wireless feature is quite handy - I can turn the oven off or on from my phone anywhere. I really like the screen panel on the front - easy to read, easy to use.

I have only had the oven for one day and from using it I am really impressed. Easy to use, the phone app is great and shows all the functions. The touch screen on the oven is very easy to use.

We have only had these ovens for 3 weeks, however I can say it has been a positive experience. These double ovens arrived promptly and without issue. Installation was a breeze as was connecting it to the internet. Love that we can preheat the oven remotely and enjoy the air frying feature.

This oven is H O T!

This was the last step in our kitchen remodel, and we saved the best for last. The touch pad is super easy to use. It must be well insulated, since it takes forever to cool down after you turn it off. The only thing that would make this better is if could teleport the food from the fridge to the oven.
