Perfect buy

Purchased this double oven without the air fry option and after the first night of being installed, I received a notification that the software needed to be updated. To my surprise and excitement, the air fry option was added to my features. Have already cooked wings and poppers on air fry and they came out perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Heats the whole kitchen

The oven blows so much hot air through the bottom vent that it raises the temperature 3-4 degrees in the house when both ovens are on. Really can’t use both ovens in the summer. Really, really disappointed and would not have purchased if this information had been relayed to me. This is a necessary design to keep the control panel cool. But I’d prefer a “dumb” oven that keeps the heat in the oven to a smart oven that heats the whole house
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello - We really appreciate your feedback for this model and we're glad you like the appearance. However, we're sorry to hear about the oven making your kitchen hotter. That can be pretty frustrating to deal with, especially in these hotter months.
While it can be normal to experience a little bit of temperature change during use, it shouldn't be heating up the whole house. We recommend scheduling a technician to check everything out. We're confident they will find and fix any issue. This would be covered under your warranty.

Fantastic Double Wall Oven

This oven replaced an existing 15+ year old double wall oven. The GE Profile oven is fantastic. Pre-heat works quickly, and I love the alerts on my phone. All manners of cooking have produced evenly cooked foods. The racks slidely smoothly with little fuss.

Great features!

My old oven was 20 years old, so when I got this new one, I was thrilled with all the new electronics and how it connects to my WIFI. My only complaint was the width inside is smaller than my old oven, even though they were both 27”, so some of my cookie sheets no longer fit.

This oven is amazing, I had the same size oven before but this one is wider on the inside somehow. I absolutely love the smart technology features in it and how quick it heats up. I highly recommend it.
