Heats quickly and slide out rack is nice

This oven heats quickly and efficiently. I mainly roast veggies and meats but look forward to using more functions. Electronic panel seems easy to use. Oven looks nice and fits as a replacement for previous double ovens.

New Oven with WiFi

New oven works well. Setting up Wi-Fi was a challenge but the help desk technician was great and figured out the issue. Lets me know when the oven is preheated and I can check my phone to make sure it was turned off. Like the stainless look.

great oven but pricey

I bought this oven to replace a 20+ year oven. I love the Wi-Fi features and the refreshed looks it provides in my kitchen. I'm not a huge fan of the touchscreen. It isn't as refined as it should be at the price this oven is but it does look nicer than the lower model touchscreen. Also, with 3 little kids, the oven shows smudges like no other! However, the turkey gobble timer was a great hit during the thanksgiving holiday!

Best Ease of Use; Beautifully Designed; Big Inside

Great ease of use with the easy to read digital display and functionality. It’s so well designed inside that food goes in and out safely on sturdy moveable rolling racks and can fit so much!!! I made 48 beautiful cupcakes on two racks in just the top oven. I used the bottom oven to make the ham dinner. Fantastic!

The air fryer feature is a joke. The WIFI connection was a total pain in the donkey. 4G vs. 5G connectivity issues? C’mon, man. The worst part was that I couldn’t use the convection “Roast” feature unless I used the app on my phone. That’s just lousy engineering.

Great Update

We have used several features of our new Profile oven and have been pleased. The most important requirement when we chose this oven was the 30A power supply size. We did not want to have an electrician rewire the service. We like the Air Fry feature that came as an expected update when the oven was connected to wifi. And now we get foodie trivia!
Only negative is it is a little slow to preheat limited by the 30A power.
Overall happy with our purchase.
