Disappointed

It’s cute and makes a good cup of coffee. However, the technical design is terrible. Coffee leaks into the pod tank after the pod is released with every cup of coffee. It makes a mess and is not sanitary - mildew grows quickly in the tray. Stay away from this if you want a clean machine and counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek Design, cool new functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as an early birthday present for my wife. Upgraded from an older model and was attracted by the sleek design and the new bottom to create a concentrated brew. I am all about Nespresso over ice and this machine was built for me. Love it
