Fantastic Convenience

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this machine to replace another Vertuo that wasn't working very well. We LOVE the Vertuo Up in pearl white. It matches our new kitchen remodel perfectly. I love that you can use the app to make the coffee hotter and just slightly bigger for those mornings when you need just a couple more ounces. The water tank is bigger than our old ones, which is nice for mornings when a few of us want a cup. So far, everything is great and we have no complaints.

Not as frothy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Nespresso! But machine don’t hit the mark for me. Had to return. Water got in disposal try and not as frothy. Bought smoother Nespresso pop machine instead. Love that machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great space savings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! This fits the space on my counter so much better, allows temperature customization, and is so fast to start up! I previously had a pop machine, and this machine is a HUGE upgrade.

Super fast brew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this machine a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. The startup time is super quick and great for a fast mornings on the go. And love that I can change the temperature of the brewed coffee as well as the size of the cup even within a specific pod. Well I haven't had to do maintenance yet after reading the instructions it seems like it'll be much easier. Perfect size to fit on the counter as well as the water reservoir tank can swivel around so can fit anywhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DO NOT BUY

Just tried it out for the first time and after my third brew.. it brewed inside of the machine leaked everywhere inside, coffee grounds everywhere… not a single ounce of coffee made it to the cup… they need to redesign this so the pod goes horizontal not vertical you lose so much coffee
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Machine yet

I bought the Up to replace my third Next machine, as I can't seem to keep a Next working for more than a year. I also keep a Pop on hand as a backup because, as much as I love my Nespresso, the machines don't seem to last very long. I am a strict iced coffee drinker, and I use a large cup. I usually remove the cup holder, and everything works fine. With this unit, removing the bottom cup holder pulls out the entire capsule container, so it isn't a good option. The other problem is that coffee leaks into the capsule container when you brew, creating a bit of a mess when you empty it. One last thing I will mention is that the top of the machine is more of a champagne gold color.
